Brazing heat exchanger
The brazing heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger in which a pair of stainless steel corrugated sheets are welded in a vacuum brazing furnace using pure copper as a brazing material. Channels are formed between the plates, and the angular holes on the corners alternately flow the two media in the channel. The numerous contact points provide good mechanical strength, and the contact points and edges are sealed by copper brazing, which is compact. The utility model has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high heat transfer efficiency, small refrigerant filling amount, wide application range and high cost performance.
