The SMC combined water tank is assembled by combining SMC molded veneers, sealing materials, metal fasteners and piping systems. Can be assembled according to user needs. It can be assembled by transporting the door into the molded veneer, which has strong practical performance and brings great convenience to the design and construction department. Test results

The SMC combined water tank produced by our company meets the national health and safety standards. The water quality test and toxicology test were carried out by the Shandong Provincial Health and Epidemic Prevention Station. The results showed that no toxic and banned compounds were found in the immersion water of the synthetic materials provided; the results of 23 indicators including on-line identification and volatile matter were all in accordance with GB/T17219. -1998. Toxicology experiments: Animal experiments in SMC tank immersion showed no toxicity and accumulation toxicity.

Precautions

l The user should store hot water or other liquids (chemicals, oils, etc.) at the time of ordering and avoid heating inside the tank (steam heating is strictly prohibited).

l During the use of the user, it is necessary to regularly check whether the steel parts of the water tank are loose, corroded and the overall deformation of the water tank.

l In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, there should be a certain space around the water tank, the top is ≥300mm, and the surrounding is ≥700mm.

l The wall thickness of the SMC tank plate is configured from hydrostatic pressure. No other pressure is allowed to act inside the tank (if you have to inform the company in advance).
