3月25日，北京华艾鑫节能设备有限公司生产劳动技能竞赛如期展开。此次活动是以“破纪录、创佳绩、展风采”为主题，通过“比学赶帮超”不断激发车间员工的工作热情和拼搏动力，进一步引导车间员工加强团结协作，提升生产技能水平，以昂扬向上的精神面貌, 积极进取的工作状态，保证年度各项生产任务指标的圆满完成。
竞赛现场，各参赛人员精神饱满，着装整齐，操作规范，动作娴熟，全力以赴，充分展示出华艾鑫生产员工应有的精神状态和精湛的技术水平。有20名员工在组装、焊接、打磨、冲板、压型等五个项目中，打破了企业生产技能竞赛的历史记录。
